Export formats

Every export is a job in Exports. This page lists what you can export and what each job records.

XLSX	Finance and reports
PDF	Reports, inspection packs, report packs
Report pack	A bundle of related reports for a period

Accountant layouts

These are files you import. They are not live connections to AutoCount or Xero.

What every job declares

Field	Meaning
Renderer and version	Which export renderer produced the file
Confidence and basis	How complete the underlying data is and why
Source projection versions	How many read models contributed
Redaction summary	The fields excluded, for example identity numbers
Audit reference and expiry	The record of the download; the link itself is never stored

Downloads

Downloads use a one-time signed link fetched when you click. The link is not kept in the page, in the sync stream or in logs. If it expires, request the download again from the job.
