ChowChirp provides restaurant operations software as a subscription per outlet. Features marked early access are provided as described on the product pages and may change with notice.
Terms of service

These terms govern use of the ChowChirp website and, together with a signed order, the ChowChirp service. They are a summary of our standard agreement; the signed agreement prevails.
Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service and do not use it to train AI models. You can export it at any time in the formats described on the pricing page.
What ChowChirp does not do
ChowChirp records and prepares financial, tax, payroll and food-safety information. It does not move money, file tax returns, submit statutory filings, certify premises or give legal, tax or HR advice. Those remain your responsibility and that of your advisers.
Fees and term
Fees are per outlet per month as published or as agreed in your order, before SST. Monthly plans end on 30 days' notice. Annual plans are billed up front. Onboarding and hardware are quoted separately.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and maintain backups and a rehearsed restore. Support hours and response targets are set out in your onboarding pack.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability under the agreement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of records you or your staff entered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
