Food safety and compliance evidence

Replace the paper logs. Keep the proof organised for the inspector.

Temperature checks, cooking and cooling controls, cleaning runs, HACCP records, halal records, incidents and licences in one place. Generate an inspection pack for MOH, JAKIM, DBKL or MeSTI and share it through an expiring link.

Who it is for

  • Managers who fill in the temperature log twice a day and file the cleaning checklist.

  • Owners who want to know they are ready before the inspector walks in.

  • Halal-certified outlets keeping sertu, contamination and certificate records.

What you can do

  • Log temperatures and handle deviations

Manual readings and sensor readings against unit limits. A deviation opens, someone acknowledges it with the corrective action they took, and it recovers or escalates.

  • Run cooking and cooling controls

Cooking: open, probe, pass or fail. Cooling: two stages with deadlines that count down, a discard prompt on a miss. Hot holding, receiving temperature checks and calibration records.

  • Schedule checklists and cleaning

Templates, scheduled and on-demand runs, per-item answers, critical-fail notes, completion and sign-off. Runs can start automatically from other events.

  • Keep HACCP and halal records

Plan versions, verifications, retained samples, allergen cross-contact logs, halal contamination and sertu records, and certificate reviews.

  • Track incidents, audits and licences

Report, investigate, contain and close incidents. Schedule audits, record findings, dispute and request reinspection. Record licences, renewals and suspensions.

  • Generate an inspection pack

Choose MOH, JAKIM, DBKL or MeSTI, a date range and a recipient. The pack has 13 sections and an evidence manifest. Share it by an expiring link or PDF, with every view logged.

  • See readiness as gaps to close

Readiness is shown as the specific gaps to close, per dimension, so the next action is always clear.

  • Get staff to acknowledge procedures

Publish a standard operating procedure and collect read receipts from each person.

How it works

  1. Set up units and templates

Register fridges, freezers and hot-holding units with their limits. Build checklist templates from your existing paper forms.

  2. Log as part of the shift

Readings, checks and cleaning runs are logged on a phone or tablet during service. Deviations ask for the action taken.

  3. Share the evidence

When an inspector asks, generate the pack for that authority and share the link. Revoke it when the visit is over.

Built to be checked

  • Inspection packs carry a fixed 13-section contents list and a manifest of evidence hashes, and their public link expires and can be revoked. In the product
  • Every view of a shared pack, including anonymous views, is recorded. In the product
  • Inspection packs never claim regulator readiness on your behalf; that decision stays with the authority. In the product

Frequently asked questions

Will this make us MeSTI or halal compliant?

It keeps the records those programmes ask for in one place and shows the gaps. Certification is decided by the authority, with your adviser. We say evidence, not certification, on purpose.

Can the inspector see the pack without a login?

Yes. The pack link opens without a login until it expires or you revoke it. Every view is recorded, and the pack never contains raw files or stored download links.

Do I need sensors?

No. Manual readings work from day one. Sensors can be registered and assigned to units later, and calibration is recorded.

Does it support halal records?

Yes. Certificate records and reviews, contamination logs, sertu records and a not-halal flag on stock items. An expired certificate marks items as at risk, not as not halal.
