For outlet and operations managers

Clear the invoices, count the stock, build the roster, and go home.

ChowChirp is built around the manager's week: the invoice queue, the delivery dock, the stocktake, the roster and the alerts. Every task is one screen, keyboard or thumb first.

Where you are

You receive the deliveries, argue the shortfalls, photograph the invoices, run the stocktake, build next week's roster and answer the fridge alarm. Then you type it all into three different places.

ChowChirp removes the retyping. Do the task once, on the screen built for it, and the record is made.

What changes

  • Invoices reviewed in the queue

The AI fills the fields. You check the exceptions with arrow keys and Cmd+Enter. One approval does the bookkeeping.

  • Deliveries received against the order

Expected lines pre-filled. Accept, note the shortfall, record the note and the batch.

  • Stocktake in one lap

A phone count sheet with the last quantity beside each line. Count in the unit you see.

  • A roster that checks itself

Warnings for rest, hours, permits and certificates as you fill the week. Publish and collect acknowledgements.

  • Alerts with a place to record what you did

Acknowledge a deviation with the corrective action. The audit evidence exists without extra work.

  • Purchase orders on WhatsApp

Raise the order from the order guide, send it the way the supplier reads it, and record the reply.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Capture, counts, alerts and the roster are built for a phone. Invoice review is best on a laptop with a keyboard.

What if the internet is slow at the dock?

Invoice captures queue on the phone and upload when the connection returns. Kiosk clock-ins do the same.

Can I do the stocktake with two people?

Yes. Split storage areas between phones. Each count is recorded under the person who made it.
