Sell at the counter
Build an order, send it to the kitchen exactly once, take cash, finalise the sale and print the receipt, with recovery if the connection drops.
The counter is a station-paired screen for cash sales. Every step is recorded so that a lost connection can never double-charge a customer or fire the kitchen twice.
Before you start: the station is paired and unlocked with your PIN. A cash session is open (see Close the cash drawer).
Build the order
- On the Sale tab, tap items on the menu grid. Use search or favourites for speed.
- Adjust quantity and modifiers. Hold and resume an order if the customer steps away.
- Tap Confirm when the order is complete. Totals, service charge and tax lines are shown before you go further.
Send to the kitchen
Tap Send to kitchen. One send produces one kitchen ticket. Saving or confirming an order never sends it; only this action does. If the response is lost, the screen shows the pending intent with a Retry that reuses the same key, so the kitchen never receives a duplicate.
Take the money
- Tap Tender and enter the cash received. Bank Negarasen rounding applies to the cash total and is shown as its own line.
- For card or e-wallet taken on your existing terminal, record it as a controlled manual tender with the reference from the terminal slip.
- Tap Finalise sale. Exactly one receipt record is created.
Print and e-Invoice
On the Receipts tab, tap Print receipt to request the print. If the customer asks for an e-Invoice, tap Request e-Invoice; the record is created and the MyInvois QR appears on the receipt once a validation has been returned.
Abandon a draft
An unwanted draft is abandoned with a confirmation. Abandoned drafts stay in the record.
If something looks wrong
The outcome panel says exactly what happened: Kitchen accepted, Receipt printed, Payment recorded. If it shows Unknown, do not retry or reroute; open the linked recovery step. See Statuses and outcomes.
