Why we started
Every restaurant owner we met had the same three problems: invoices nobody had time to type, stock nobody trusted, and numbers nobody could defend when the accountant asked. The tools on offer were a point-of-sale with a dashboard, a procurement app, or an accounting package. None of them owned the truth of the back of house. We built ChowChirp to be that place.
What we believe
A number is only useful if you can see where it came from. Software should say what it knows and what it does not. Automation should propose, and people should decide. Compliance should be evidence you can hand over, not a folder you assemble the night before. And a kitchen should keep cooking when the router dies.
How we work with customers
We install with you. Every pilot has a written scope, a rehearsal of the first operating day, and a handover you accept or decline. We would rather tell you a feature is early access than let you find out during service.
Partners
We work with accountants and bookkeepers who serve F&B clients, with installers who commission kitchens and counters, and with suppliers who want their orders to arrive as clean data. If that is you, get in touch.
