Onboarding is a real process, not a signup form. We load your suppliers, stock catalogue, recipes and team, walk your managers through the first invoices and counts, and hand over with a written record of what is live. Onboarding is quoted per group after the demo. Kitchen screens, counter devices and the on-premises node are quoted separately, hardware at cost.
A typical three-outlet group today runs a POS subscription, a procurement app, an accounting add-on, a scheduling app and several spreadsheets. ChowChirp replaces the back-of-house and finance layer in one system, and works beside the POS you already have.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users. You pay per outlet.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are billed up front at ten months' price. There is no multi-year lock-in.
Not for Outlet or Group. Phones, laptops and your existing printers are enough. Kitchen screens and the on-premises node are only needed if you move the kitchen and counter to ChowChirp, and are quoted at cost.
Prices are shown before SST. SST is added on the invoice at the prevailing rate.
Yes. Every plan includes exports in CSV, XLSX and PDF, and your documents remain downloadable during the notice period.
