Rosters, time, payroll records and compliance
Build the roster in minutes, with Malaysian labour rules checking as you go.
Rosters, clock-ins, leave, payroll runs and service-charge distribution for every outlet, with permit and certificate expiry watched for you. Built for teams that speak Malay and English.

Who it is for
Managers who build next week's roster every Thursday night.
Owners who want labour cost against sales for each outlet.
HR and payroll staff who need clean records for EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
What you can do
Roster with guardrails
A weekly grid by station or person. Each cell opens a ranked list of who can cover. Warnings flag minors after curfew, expired permits, expired typhoid certificates, shifts over 12 hours, weeks over 55 hours, short rest and missing food-handler certificates.
Publish and get acknowledgements
Publishing creates an acknowledgement for every affected person. Copy last week, apply a weekday, weekend, Ramadan or public-holiday template, lock the week, approve swaps, print.
Run the time board
Late, geofence and no-show flags. Edit a punch with a reason, classify an absence, force a clock-out, bulk approve clean timesheets and lock the period for payroll.
Clock in from a kiosk, even offline
Self-service clock-in under the person's own login, or manager-assisted at a kiosk. Kiosk punches queue locally and replay when the connection returns.
Run payroll step by step
Draft, review exceptions, approve, release the bank file, record statutory filings, mark paid. Advances, adjustments and reversals with a reason.
Share service charge fairly
Distribute the pool equally, by hours or by role weighting. The lines always add up to the pool exactly.
Watch expiry dates
Foreign-worker permits, food-handler certificates and typhoid vaccinations on one tracker, with WhatsApp reminder links.
Keep the record straight
A conduct ladder from verbal warning to domestic inquiry, a hiring board, onboarding and offboarding checklists, and probation decisions. Every view of an identity number is logged.
How it works
Set up the team
Import people from a spreadsheet with duplicate identity-number detection, or add them one by one. Assign outlets and stations.
Roster and publish
Build the week, clear the warnings you can, override the ones you must with a written reason, and publish.
Clock, approve, pay
Punches feed the time board. Clean timesheets approve in bulk. The payroll run walks the steps to paid.

Frequently asked questions
Does it know Malaysian labour law?
The roster checks the rules that matter on the floor: working hours, rest, minors, permits and food-handler requirements. It warns and explains. It does not replace your HR adviser, and the rules for Sabah and Sarawak differ.
Can staff see their own shifts?
Yes. Each person sees their next shifts, clocks in and out, requests leave or cover, disputes a day's punches and sees their own pay line.
How is service charge shared?
Choose equal, by hours or by role weight for the period. Staff on probation, on leave or who left mid-period are excluded by the default policy, and the total always equals the pool.
Does it handle foreign workers?
Permit expiry is tracked and an expired permit blocks that person's shifts. Statutory exceptions for foreign workers are flagged in the payroll run.

Owner dashboard
The owner dashboard pulls the work from every outlet into one prioritised list. Alerts, corrective actions, crisis reports, exports and the audit explorer sit behind it. Every figure opens to the entry that produced it.
Loss prevention
Voids, no-sales and discounts reviewed by someone other than the person who made them. Till variances, deposits and safe counts reconciled. Cases with a chain of custody, and evidence released only to a named recipient.
