Product

One system for the whole restaurant, from the invoice to the plate.

ChowChirp is built as one loop: capture the facts, review the exceptions, approve with a name, see what needs you, and ask why. Eleven modules share that loop and one audit trail.

How it works

The loop every module shares

The same loop restaurants already run by hand, without the retyping.

  1. Capture

Photograph invoices, count stock, clock shifts, log fridge temperatures. Everything lands as a stamped entry.

  2. Review

The AI reads the document and fills the fields. A person checks the exceptions, keyboard first.

  3. Approve

One approval posts the bill to payables and the lines to stock. High-risk actions ask for a second factor.

  4. See

The owner dashboard shows what needs you today. Every number opens to the entry behind it.

  5. Ask

Ask the advisor why food cost moved. It answers with cited facts and drafts a proposal for you to approve.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use every module?

No. Most groups start with invoices and stock, then add finance and team. The modules share one login and one audit trail, so adding one later is a setting, not a migration.

What is early access?

A module we have built and installed, but have not yet proven on a reference outlet through a full peak service with outage and recovery on record. Kitchen and counter carry that label today.
