Delivery settlements are recorded from the platform's payout statement so that platform sales, commissions and payouts reconcile against your own records.

**Before you start:** delivery access for the outlet. Have the payout statement open in the platform's merchant portal.

## Check the connection capabilities

Open **Delivery › Settings**. The capabilities table shows, per platform, what is live, polled, file-imported or manual, with the proof behind each. Today GrabFood and foodpanda settlements are imported by hand; connections are set up with your installer.

## Import a settlement

1. Open **Delivery › Reconciliation** and choose **Import settlement**.
2. Choose the platform and the payout period.
3. Paste the payout lines from the statement.
4. Tick the three attestations: the raw statement has been saved to the vault, the anti-double-count check has been done, and the dispute packet is ready.
5. Submit. The settlement is recorded against the period's delivery orders.

## Confirm a platform-side action

When you change a menu, price, availability or busy mode in the platform's own dashboard, record it under **Delivery › External effects** with the provider reference and what the dashboard showed. This keeps ChowChirp's record honest about what was done on the platform.

## Reconcile

The reconciliation view lists settlements against recognised delivery sales for the period and flags differences for follow-up.

> **Note:** There is no settlement diff view yet, and no direct connection to ShopeeFood. Delivery platforms issue the consumer e-Invoice for platform orders and self-bill you for commissions; your consolidated e-Invoice covers direct sales only.
