An inspection pack gathers the outlet's food-safety records for a date range into one document an inspector can open without a login.

**Before you start:** manager or owner access to Safety for the outlet.

## Generate the pack

1. Open **Safety › Inspection**.
2. Click **Generate pack** and choose:
   - **Authority:** MOH, JAKIM, DBKL or MeSTI.
   - **Date range** and **recipient** (the inspector or the authority).
   - **Expiry:** seven days by default.
   - **Format:** link, PDF or both.
   - **Include open items:** whether unresolved deviations and findings appear.
   - **Redact personal data:** applies PDPA redaction to staff details.
3. Generate. The pack lists 13 sections: licences, HACCP, temperature, checklists, cleaning, pest, staff, visitors, samples, water, suppliers, incidents and activity, plus a manifest of evidence references.

## Share it

Copy the link and send it to the inspector, or download the PDF. The link opens without a login until it expires. Every view, including anonymous ones, is recorded against the pack.

## Revoke it

When the visit is over, open the pack and choose **Revoke**. The link stops working immediately and further attempts are recorded.

## What the pack does not do

- It does not contain raw files or stored download links.
- It does not claim regulator readiness on your behalf. The gaps to close are listed so you can act on them.
- It does not certify the premises. The authority decides.
