Every export in ChowChirp lands in one place, declares what it contains and what it leaves out, and downloads through a link that works once.

**Before you start:** export permission for the domain. Some exports ask for a one-time step-up bound to that export.

## Request an export

From the screen that owns the data:

Choose the format where offered: CSV, XLSX, PDF or a report pack. The AutoCount and Xero layouts are CSV files designed to import cleanly; they are not live connections.

## Download it

1. Open **Exports** from the sidebar.
2. Each job shows its renderer and version, a confidence figure with its basis, and a **redaction summary** naming excluded fields.
3. Click **Download**. A one-time signed link is fetched and opened. The link is never stored in the page; only the audit reference and expiry are kept.

## Scheduled reports

**Finance › Reports** lets you schedule the four standard reports. Reports whose delivery channel is not configured are labelled _not wired_ rather than silently skipped.
